Profile:
Nancy Williams Bonnett began practicing in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation with the firm in 1986. She is admitted to practice in both Arizona and Colorado. She represents a variety of clients in the employee benefits area with special expertise in the representation of not for profit entities and Native American Tribes. Nancy has written numerous articles for publication, and is a frequent lecturer for the American Law Institute, the American Bar Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and numerous other business and professional organizations. Nancy is a member of several legal and employee benefits organizations such as the American Bar Association (Section of Taxation), and is a past president of the Western Pension and Benefits Conference. She also has served in leadership roles in various civic organizations. She is past president of Valley of the Sun Kiwanis and a former member of the board of directors of Valley Leadership.
