Profile:
Lisa Womack began practicing in the areas of employee benefits and executive compensation with the firm in 1995. She has worked with a variety of for-profit clients, ranging from small private companies to large publicly traded companies. She has also worked with non-profit clients and Arizona governmental entities. Lisa’s practice includes all aspects of employee benefits. She has extensive experience with 401(k) plans, profit sharing plan, ESOPs, and welfare benefit plans (such as self-funded medical plans). Lisa has lectured on employee benefit issues for professional organizations such as ALI-ABA, the Phoenix Tax Workshop, and the Western Pension Benefits Conference. She also previously served as a faculty member for WorldatWork. She is currently a member of the American Bar Association (Section of Taxation, Employee Benefits Committee) and the Western Pension Benefits Conference.
